Effective date: June 17, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of One More Hand: Poker Puzzles (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. What the App Is

One More Hand is a poker training and puzzle app for entertainment and skill improvement. It is not a gambling product: no real money can be wagered, won, deposited, or withdrawn, and the App does not facilitate real-money gambling. Any chips, points, or in-app values have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or prizes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old (or the age required by your App Store region) to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement. You also represent that you are not located in, or a national of, any country subject to U.S. embargo or sanctions, and that you are not on any U.S. government restricted-party list.

3. Your Account

4. Subscriptions, Auto-Renewal & Billing

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that cheat, manipulate leaderboards, or otherwise violate this section.

6. User Content & Conduct

The App may display user-provided content such as usernames on leaderboards. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You can report objectionable usernames in-app or by emailing brett@playonemorehand.com. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, and we aim to act on reports of objectionable content promptly.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its puzzles, hand data, design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App or its content without our permission.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. One More Hand is an educational/entertainment tool; we do not guarantee any particular improvement in your poker skill or results, and nothing in the App is gambling, investment, or financial advice. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content is complete or accurate.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you. We are not responsible for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including cloud-provider or internet outages, natural disasters, or government actions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any lawful reason. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, and Limitation of Liability) will survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the courts located in California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Effective date." Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Apple App Store

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them. To the extent of any maintenance, support, or warranty obligations, those are ours, not Apple's.
