One More Hand: Poker Puzzles is operated by Brett Radzik, an individual residing in California ("One More Hand," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App or visit playonemorehand.com (the "Website"). One More Hand is a poker training and puzzle app for entertainment and skill-building. It does not offer real-money gambling, and no real money can be wagered, won, or withdrawn within the App.
By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the App.
We do not use third-party advertising SDKs, and we do not collect your payment card number or financial account details — those are handled directly by Apple.
Public information. Your username, ranking, and gameplay statistics may be visible to other users through leaderboards and similar community features. Please don't choose a username you wouldn't want displayed publicly.
Your data is stored using Supabase, our database and authentication provider. We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the App, and share only the information needed for them to perform their function:
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
You can sign in using Apple or Google. We receive only the identifiers and contact details those services provide based on your permissions. If you use Apple's "Hide My Email," we receive a private relay address rather than your real email. We use these details solely to create and secure your account.
Premium subscriptions are sold and processed through Apple's App Store using your Apple ID. We never see or store your payment card information. We receive only your subscription status (active/expired) via RevenueCat so we can unlock premium features. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled; manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account at any time from within the App (open your profile → Delete Account). Deletion takes effect immediately and permanently removes your profile, gameplay history, ratings and streaks, and friend connections from our active systems. Feedback messages you've sent us (including any reason you gave for leaving, and any username reports you filed) are retained but disassociated from your account rather than deleted, so we can keep learning from them. Residual copies in routine backups are overwritten on our standard backup cycle, and we may retain limited information where required by law. Subscriptions aren't cancelled by account deletion. Deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store subscription — you must cancel that separately in your App Store account settings (see Section 5). Apple and RevenueCat also keep their own transaction and purchase records under their own retention policies, which we don't control.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. We process your information to provide the App and your account, comply with legal obligations, secure our services, and pursue our legitimate interests in operating and improving the App.

The App is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old, or the minimum age required in your App Store region (see Terms of Service, Section 2). The App is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone who does not meet this age requirement. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
We operate from the United States, and your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. By using the App, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in these locations.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Effective date" above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
